Email Workflow + xMatters
The Trigger Alerts by Email workflow sends an alert to groups or individuals in xMatters when it receives an email to its address. Responders have the option to take ownership, escalate, or initiate an incident. Basic information from the email is passed into the alert and any incident. Add additional steps in Flow Designer to get more details from another system, update a status page, or post to a channel in your chat app. You can also use the email trigger to initiate any automation flow.
