Overview
Salesforce Service Cloud is an ITSM tool that enables organizations to work with customers and channel partners to provide a personalized service. xMatters uses insights from Salesforce Service Cloud to effectively relay information to the right teams.
Salesforce Service Cloud + xMatters
When a case is created, this integration triggers xMatters to identify on-call resolvers using groups on-call schedules and device preferences. Once a resolver has been assigned, xMatters will update the case with information about which users and devices were notified.
