Overview

Moogsoft is an AIOps powered monitoring and observability platform that enables IT & DevOps teams to manage and resolve incidents.

MOOGSOFT + xMATTERS

xMatters uses Moogsoft’s AIOps to relay critical information to teams and prevent system issues from becoming service incidents. The two-way workflow initiates an incident in xMatters when Moogsoft sends a signal that something is wrong; it then updates Moogsoft as the incident progresses in xMatters. The one-way workflow sends an alert when Moogsoft notices something is wrong.
