LogicMonitor is a cloud based infrastructure monitoring solution that gives operational teams full-stack visibility into cloud based networks, servers, and applications. xMatters turns data from LogicMonitor into alerts for IT and DevOps teams to act on when an issue occurs in their on-premise, hybrid, or cloud based infrastructure.
LogicMonitor + xMatters
This integration triggers xMatters to automatically transfer key alert data to resolvers when a service degradation in the cloud occurs. You can customise the flow to perform automated issue resolution tasks such as running remediation steps or sending actionable notifications to resolvers.
