Overview
Everbridge’s Critical Event Management (CEM) solution enables organizations to effectively manage, control, and automate their critical event response. With the Everbridge integration, use your xMatters workflows to automatically launch Critical Events, or add Risk Events to the Visual Command Center (VCC) in Everbridge.
Everbridge CEM + xMATTERS
When an xMatters flow is triggered, this integration uses the Launch Critical Event step to automatically create a new Critical Event in Everbridge, and the Create Risk Event step to post a new Risk Event in the VCC using information from previous steps in the flow.
