Cortex XSOAR

Overview

Palo Alto Networks’ Cortex XSOAR product provides top-of-the-line security orchestration capabilities. xMatters uses Cortex XSOAR to trigger notifications to service owners from a playbook and run commands in XSOAR based on the user’s response.

Cortex XSOAR + xMatters

This integration triggers xMatters to notify teams about any security threats impacting on-premise, hybrid, or cloud-based digital services and applications. You can easily customize workflows to perform automated issue resolution tasks (such as running remediation steps or sending actionable notifications to the resolvers currently on-call).
