Chef Infra Integration

Overview

Chef Infra, formerly known as Chef Server, is a configuration management tool for defining infrastructure-as-code (IAC). When Chef events meet predetermined criteria, xMatters relays critical Chef data to the correct people and systems to help coordinate and resolve issues faster.

Chef Infra + xMatters

This integration triggers alerts in xMatters to quickly engage the right resources with notifications and response options that leverage group on-call schedules, rotations, escalation rules, and user device preferences.
