Adam is a Strategic Account Manager at xMatters, where he works with enterprise clients in Australia. During his career Adam has developed experience with numerous ITSM vendors and products including IBM, Remedy, HP Service Manager, FrontRange (HEAT), and also Business Objects. Adam previously spent 5 years as director and owner of an e-Business consultancy offering bespoke SAAS based solutions to expand the benefit of Web 2.0 and cloud for enterprise clients.
